CFC Process
1) Consultation
At the initial meeting we focus on getting a true understanding of our client’s vision. We understand how important it is to be on the same page. We will investigate all aspects of the existing space and what it might take to turn your vision into a reality. Timelines and pricing estimates are discussed.
2) Design
During this stage we complete architectural designs, if changing the structure of the home. All interior design selections are made at this time. We begin ordering selected materials for construction.
3) Pre-Construction
During this phase we acquire all of the necessary permits. We attend a pre-construction conference with the project managers and homeowners. We finalize material selections and project scope. We check timelines on material availability and schedule construction.
4) Construction
We begin construction, which includes conducting city and in house inspections throughout the building process. Complete with a quality control check list during and at the end of each project, we ensure our work is being held to the highest standards.
5) Warranty
Contractor warrants that all work performed under this Agreement shall be free from defects in workmanship and installation for a period of five (5) years from date of Final Completion. Contractor shall repair or replace, at its expense, any defects in workmanship that become apparent during the warranty period. The workmanship warranty described above is separate from and in addition to the major structural damage warranty.
